The development proposes the creation of a 5 storey, 186 bed purposed built student residential development in Selly Oak.
The proposals include rooms in a mixture of cluster and studio arrangements and also includes a large communal provision and ancillary accommodation.
It is intended the structure will be a reinforced concrete frame, with piled foundations and associated retaining structures.
CHG are also undertaking the civil and external works design for the scheme.
The development is currently in for planning.
