This exciting new project in Mansfield involved the re-modelling and extension of the existing Brewery Tower and adjacent buildings on the site of Mansfield Brewery’s former production facility.
Our brief included an assessment of the existing building, both in terms of its present condition and its ability to accept the changes, as required, for incorporation into the Conservation Plan of the Building.
The changes included the new stairs and lift and the removal of some significant load bearing walls. Because of the previous uses and the robust original construction, the adaptation of the building was found to be acceptable.
