The project was a £1.5m braced steel office extension with a metal deck composite floor slab on piled foundations.
The project, including design and construction periods, lasted for approximately 2 years.
The project design and construction team included CODA Studios, Shearstone Mechanical and Harris CM. For this project collinshallgreen was responsible for the design of the building frame including secondary steelwork, foundations and associated alterations to the drainage system and hard landscaping for the car park.
