Thorpes Warehouse is a Grade II listed former malt house, located adjacent to the River Trent in Newark.
The ambitious proposals involve the restoration and conversion of the building, which was previously used as a pottery, into high quality offices and apartments with stunning views of the river. A new mezzanine floor will be incorporated into the roof structure to provide stylish gallery spaces for the penthouse apartments.
Planning permission for the scheme was granted in 2011 and completion occured in 2013.
